Hair refreshers are haircare products specifically designed to refresh hair that hasn’t been washed for a few days. By eliminating oil and adding texture back
into your hair, hair refreshers replicate the look off freshly-shampooed hair, even if it’s been two or three days since your last wash.

Hair refreshers come in many forms, with spray being the most popular. While dry shampoo spray has taken off in popularity, there are also other types of hair refreshers including powders and mousses that achieve the same results.

There’s no hard-and-fast rule as to when you should refresh your hair. Generally, this product comes in handy on second and third-day hair, when your strands begin to
get limp and greasy.

However, those with thin hair might find that they use refresher sooner. Some people with ultra-thin hair might even use refresher mist immediately after styling to
add volume and texture.

Curls can be tricky.

If you’ve ever tried to tackle day-or-two old curls with a comb, you likely know just how easy it can be to veer into frizzy territory. If at all possible, it’s usually best to avoid brushing through curls, instead refreshing them with dry
shampoo at the roots. To put some bounce back into your curly hair, try sprtizing the ends with water and using a diffuser to re-create natural coils.

If your hair is naturally straight, you can revamp old curls by re-curling the ends with a curling iron after refreshing the oily areas around your scalp and face with refresher.

We get it – styling hair isn’t easy. Washing, drying and styling can take hours depending on your hair type. But thankfully, refreshing hair is a lot simpler than that. To extend the life of your hair style, use a refresher mist to put life back into recently-styled hair.

Using a refresher mist couldn’t be easier. If using a coloured spray, first select the one that best matches your hair colour. Next, spray at the roots in sweeping motions, taking care to cover any greasy patches. Then, let the spray dry, giving it some time to start absorbing
oil. Repeat this process as necessary until the desired effect is achieved.
